Originally from Peoria, Illinois, Joni Koch moved to Dallas-Fort Worth in 1991 and found her true calling when she joined RE/MAX in 2004. Her own brand of real estate is professional, personalized, and always one-on-one, making clients her top priority. This makes for excellent client-agent relationships and often evolves into lasting friendships.
While she has sold homes all across the Dallas area, Joni specializes in Flower Mound and Lake Grapevine properties. She and her husband Jack enjoy taking clients to Little Pete’s on Lake Grapevine to enjoy the small-town atmosphere. “We have always enjoyed boating on this lake, and clients are always so thrilled to see a marina, campgrounds, fishing, hiking and biking trails, and an open patio restaurant with live music all within a few minutes from their homes!” It is this personal approach that has earned Joni top awards and recognition from both her peers and her clients.
In 2008, Joni spearheaded the “In Memory Of” RE/MAX fundraiser benefitting the American Cancer Society. She and her fellow RE/MAX agents helped raise $6,000 toward the cause which is close to her heart.
